Our Policy.
Appointment Cancellation.

We don't have a required time-frame to cancel your appointment, but we would prefer you to call us ahead of time to cancel, so that we may arrange that time slot for another customer.
Late Arrival.
We typically try our best to keep up with our scheduled appointment, so late arrival of more than 15 minutes would have to be rescheduled for another time or date.
Walk-ins.
We welcome all walk-ins customer, but we would highly recommend you to schedule an appointment at: 703-385-0208. We really value your time as we can't guarantee availability at the time of your arrival, so a wait time can be expected or you might need to reschedule at another time with us.
Reminder and Confirmation.
Our receptionist typically send out reminder calls the afternoon before the day of the appointment, you can either confirm or cancel your scheduled visit. If you are not available yo take the call, we usually leave a message in the voice mail.
Payment Options.
We accept cash, checks, and almost every major credit card providers except American Express. Unfortunately we are unable to accept gratuity on credit cards, however, you can tip with cash or check.
We typically don't provide refunds as we do our best to solve any problem that you have with any of our services. We will only provide refund as last resort if you are still unhappy with our services.
